What You Need To Know

  • Your goal is to solve 9 puzzles as quickly as possible!
  • Grab a pen and paper to jot down ideas.
  • Your escape will be timed. Try to finish in 45 minutes or less. There is no cutoff time, you can take as long as you need.
  • If you are stuck, you can request a hint at the bottom of each page.
    • Each hint = 1 minute penalty
    • Each solution = 3 minute penalty
  • After you finish, enter your team name in the high score table.

Reaching your home after a long day, you find an envelope entitled "Once in a Blue Moon" on your doorstep. Intrigued, you open it to find a mysterious letter:

Dear Adventurer,

A moon is said to be 'blue' when it is the second full moon in the same month. This astronomical phenomenon occurs on average only once every 2.4 years. What are the chances that a blue moon is visible on the same night as Halloween? This coincidence occurred in 1955, in 2020, and will reoccur in 2039!
